When a standard catalog blade does not fit your equipment, our engineering team can review your drawing, worn sample, machine model and cutting process to develop a practical replacement solution.
Depending on the cutting application, we can discuss materials such as SKD11, DC53, M2, YG20, D2 and H13. Final material selection is confirmed according to the workpiece, machine conditions, blade geometry and service requirements.
If drawings are unavailable, we can review a worn blade, machine model, installation method and cutting problem to help develop a replacement blade around your equipment.
