Replacing a plastic crusher or granulator blade starts with the machine arrangement. Identify which knives are rotor blades and which are fixed blades, then check the dimensions, holes, edge profile and installation before ordering a replacement.
Identify the Rotor and Fixed Blade Arrangement
Most crushers use rotating knives mounted on the rotor together with fixed counter-knives on the frame. Note how many blades are installed, whether the edges are reversible, and how the knives are spaced along the rotor.
Check Dimensions, Holes, Edge Profile and Installation
Record the overall length, width, thickness, bolt hole positions and diameters, edge angle and any locating slots. The blade must seat cleanly against the rotor or frame, so the mounting details matter as much as the cutting edge.

Send the machine brand and model, blade position, dimensions, bolt holes, edge angle, photos of the worn blade, the material being processed and the current cutting problem.
